The roofing company was tasked with replacing the roofs on a five-building condominium complex located adjacent to the Winter Park Colorado ski resort. In addition to the roof replacement, the project required the removal of roof sheathing for spray foam insulation installation. Furthermore, new heat cable and hot edge systems were installed to prevent ice dams during the winter months.
